Requirements
To be eligible for this position, candidates must fulfill

Active Medical State License: Must possess an active and
valid medical state license.
DEA Required: DEA certification is necessary for this role.
BLS Required: Basic Life Support certification is a
prerequisite.
Board Certification & Board Eligibility Required: Candidates
